Data retention

Retention is configured per data type, purpose and jurisdiction.

This page computes what is due. It does not delete.

Nothing on this page removes data. Deletion of case-linked material is a reviewed action: the counts below say what has passed its retention period, and the deletion mode says how it would be handled (hard delete, anonymise, or review before delete). Audit records are retained on a separate, longer rule from operational data, so accountability outlives the content it describes.
