Normalise
Detects language and normalises Roman Urdu so multilingual material can be compared.
**No content supplied** — the message ends at "this content:" with nothing after it. There's nothing to normalise or describe yet. Here's what to send back, and the structure I'll return: ``` CONTENT: <the text — English / Urdu / Roman Urdu / Arabic / mixed> ``` **Output format I'll use once content is included:** ``` LANGUAGES: e.g. Roman Urdu (primary), English (code-mixed) SCRIPT: Latin / Arabic / mixed TRANSLITERATION: (only if useful for review — Roman Urdu → Urdu script) NORMALISED: cleaned text — accents/diacritics handled, emoji & URLs stripped or tagged, casing and punctuation regularised, no changes to wording or meaning GLOSS: key non-English terms rendered in English REGISTER/NOTES: formal/informal, code-switching points, dialect or regional markers, anything ambiguous for review IDENTITY: not asserted — language and content only ``` Two notes on scope, since this runs over the API: - **Normalisation only.** I preserve wording and meaning — I don't edit, summarise, translate away, or judge the substance of the content. - **No identity claims.** I describe the *language*, never the a

Check policy & context
Maps content to PECA hooks and weighs the recognised exceptions.
No content came through — the message ends at “Assess this content for a reviewer:” with nothing attached. I can’t assess an empty payload, so **please send the actual content** (text, post, caption, screenshot transcript, or article — plus platform and audience if known). Meanwhile, let me ground the statutory hooks properly rather than working from memory, so the framework I’ll apply is accurate.**Nothing to assess — the payload is empty.** The message ends at “Assess this content for a reviewer:” with no content attached. On this channel I can’t reach any account, file or project store, so the content must be pasted inline. **Send me:** the content itself (verbatim text / transcript of the image or video), plus if known — platform, audience/reach, who is speaking, whether it’s labelled as news/opinion/satire, and any claimed public-interest basis. Verbatim matters: the statutory hooks turn on specific words (“incite hatred”, “coerce or intimidate or harass”, “false information likely to cause fear or panic”), and paraphrase destroys the analysis. While you retrieve it, here is the framework I’ll apply — grounded against the current PECA text and the 2025 amendments, not from
Assemble evidence
Builds the PECA s.38 package fields and computes the content hash.
## Can't assemble yet — the request contains no case data Your message ends at "for:" with nothing after it. None of the five required fields were supplied, and on this API channel I have no access to the account's own records, files, or memory — every case-specific value has to arrive in the request itself. **Required inputs (all five):** | Field | What I need | Example shape | |---|---|---| | Account ID | Platform + stable identifier | `platform, uid, handle/email, verification status` | | URL | Full resource path as observed | `https://example.com/path` | | TLD | Top-level domain + registry data | `.com`, registrar, creation date | | IP(s) | Every resolved address, with timestamps | `203.0.113.10 (v4) @ 2026-02-11 14:03 PKT` | | Statutory provision | PECA 2016 section **and sub-section** as charged | `s.3(1)(a)`, `s.20`, … | | Factual basis | Conduct, target, date-time (PKT + UTC), impact | 3–6 sentences | **Package skeleton I'll return once you supply them:** ``` PECA 2016 — EVIDENCE SUMMARY Ref: <case no.> Account ID : … URL : … TLD: … (registry/registrar: …) IP(s) : … (resolved <UTC ts>, ASN/host: …) Provision : PECA 2016 s.<n>() —
Trend detection
Describes emerging topics and volume changes, stating source-coverage limits.
Nothing came through after the colon — the request is empty, so there's no signal to describe and no source to check. Send me one of these and I'll describe the trend honestly (with coverage caveats): - **A topic/keyword** → I'll search the web and report direction, volume, and where coverage is thin. - **A dataset or numbers** → I'll compute and chart the actual movement. - **A document/feed** → I'll extract and interpret it.
Correlation
Describes similarity across platforms. Similarity is never identity.
Nothing came through — your message ends at "Describe the similarity in:" with no content after it. Send the material you want compared (the pieces of text, posts, or profiles), and I'll describe the shared themes, wording, phrasing, or patterns between them. One standing caveat: I can only describe similarity in content. I can't infer or claim that two accounts belong to the same person — matching language, topics, or timing isn't proof of identity, and I won't state it as such.
Per-case agent trace — ending in a human gate

The final step is deliberately not an agent. No agent may approve, submit enforcement, or bypass the gate.

A failed run is a failed run. It is never rendered as a success, and no result is invented for it.
What a sandbox run is — and is not
A sandbox run is produced by a deterministic local analyser shipped with the application. It performs language detection, script-ratio analysis, a documented Roman-Urdu token mapping, timestamped segment extraction and risk-term bucketing. It does not call a model, does not learn, and is not evidentiary on its own. Configuring ASTERXA_API_KEY in the application's environment promotes these runs to Asterxa; until then, every run is labelled honestly.
This disclosure is permanent: a sandbox run must never be read as live model output.
