Platform connectivity
Mandatory coverage does not mean complete visibility
All four platforms are covered. But 100% platform inclusion does not mean access to 100% of their content or unrestricted blocking. Coverage depends on authorised access, platform capabilities and available integrations. Where a capability is not reachable, the exact dependency is named — and the connector is demonstrated only in a clearly-labelled sandbox.

There is no general-purpose, programmatic way for a third party to search or stream public Facebook content. Public content search and hashtag search APIs were removed. The only surface returning other people's public posts, comments, Groups and events at scale is Meta Content Library, which is restricted to qualified academic and non-profit research institutions inside a cleanroom.
Practical ceiling
Own-Page read, write and moderation; public metadata of any Page; and lawfully routed bulk access via a research partnership (L3). A 100% public-content monitoring claim is not achievable on Facebook through official channels.

TikTok

No official TikTok API lets a commercial operator in Pakistan programmatically monitor public TikTok content. The Research API is gated to non-commercial academic and not-for-profit researchers in a fixed list of regions that does not include Pakistan, and TikTok exposes no third-party programmatic enforcement API at all.
Practical ceiling
Owner-consent access via Display API / Login Kit for accounts the operator controls, plus manual reporting. Bulk public content is reachable only through a named collaboration with an eligible-region institution, or the EU DSA vetted-researcher route (L3).

Live
X is the one genuinely open connector. The legacy Free / Basic / Pro / Enterprise tiers are retired; the current model is pay-per-use credits. Full-archive search back to 2006 and a rule-based filtered stream are both available at pay-per-use with no subscription and no minimum spend. There is still no programmatic takedown of any kind.
Practical ceiling
Full public-post monitoring at commercial scale, bounded by a 3,000,000 post-read monthly cap. Enforcement remains manual.

Instagram is the most restrictive of the four. Everything programmatic requires a Business or Creator account; consumer APIs were sunset on 4 December 2024. An authorised account owner can monitor their own account deeply. Hashtag search is a thin, filtered slice — 30 unique hashtags per rolling 7 days, a 24-hour recent window, no usernames returned. Comments on other accounts' media cannot be read at all.
Practical ceiling
Deep monitoring of consenting or operator-controlled professional accounts; a weak hashtag sampler; and bulk public content only via a research partnership (L3).
