Workspaces & tenants
Each workspace holds its own jurisdiction, data residency and retention profile.
Isolation is enforced in the backend
Tenant isolation is applied on the server for every query — it is not a UI filter. Data does not cross a workspace boundary by default: cross-jurisdiction sharing requires an explicit sharing rule or an authorised case transfer, and sharing a case REFERENCE never shares its evidence, comments or attachments.
